Returns:
At Cherry2Beans (C2B), our customers' satisfaction is paramount. If you find yourself not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. We gladly accept returns within 14 days of your purchase. Should this timeframe lapse, we regret that a refund or exchange may not be possible.
For a successful return:
- Ensure the item remains unused and maintains its original condition.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- Provide a receipt or proof of purchase to facilitate the process.
Items Not Eligible for Return Include:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable Coupon Codes
- Selected Subscription Plans
Items not Eligible:
- Items not in their original condition, or items damaged or with missing parts, unless it was due to our error.
Processing Refunds:
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will promptly notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. Should the refund be approved, the amount will be returned using your original payment method within a specified period.
Delayed or Missing Refunds:
If you haven't noticed a refund, please:
- Double-check your bank account.
- Consult your credit card company as it might take some time for the refund to reflect.
- Check with your bank about processing times. If all these steps have been completed and you still haven't received your refund, please reach out to us at refunds@cherry2beans.com.au
Sale Items:
Only items bought at regular price qualify for refunds. Regrettably, items on sale are exempted.
Exchanges:
We are committed to ensuring you receive the best quality. If your item is defective or damaged, please contact us for an exchange of the same item at returns@cherry2beans.com.au
Gifts:
For items marked as gifts at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value upon return. If not marked as a gift or if the giver shipped it to themselves initially, the refund will be directed to the giver.
Return Shipping:

Return shipping fees fall on the sender. This cost will not be covered by Cherry2Beans and will be deducted from any refund. For items valued over $75, consider using trackable shipping or purchasing insurance. We cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item without a verifiable shipping method.
