TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR COMPLIMENTARY SHIPPING

This offer applies to standard coffee orders valued at $85 and above, excluding coffee machines. The complimentary shipping threshold of $85 is not applicable for orders from WA, TAS, & NT for all products. Special promotions like Black Friday discounts are excluded from the $85 complimentary shipping threshold. Complimentary shipping is automatically determined and added during the checkout process. This offer is valid only for shipments within Australia. Standard orders encompass coffee, teas, and small goods. Small goods are dispatched via Standard Australia Post. If you desire an express delivery, please select the Express Post option (additional charges apply). For equipment or bulk/heavy item deliveries, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout. Australia Post Delivery Charges:

For Metro areas in NSW, ACT, VIC, QLD:

• Standard Shipping: 1-4 business days at a fixed rate of $12.50.
• Express Shipping: 1-3 business days at a fixed rate of $14.50.
